Energy Launch Partners along with Groupo AIA from Barcelona, Spain have partnered to launch Gridquant Inc. This breakthrough company will be based in Savannah, GA. Using a new patented Holomorphic Embedded Load-flow Method (HELM) that can dramatically change the face of the transmission grid, Gridquant promises to change the way you view the “smart grid”.
On our bookshelf at the Energy Launch Partners office in Savannah, sits a wooden owl. Last night our managing partner at ELP watched a similar owl be presented to the University of Georgia’s own Dr. Dale Greene. What visitors to our office may not know is that this decoration is not patronage to an odd or particular branch of ornithology, rather, a high honor awarded by the Georgia Forestry Association. IGEL offers many viewpoints, perspectives and information about the environment. During the 2011 Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Ross Harding of Energy Launch Partners will be driving Georgia Public Service Commissioner Tim Echols in a 1999 Honda Civic GX that is run on natural gas. Dubbed the “Greenest Car in America”, the Civic has a range of 215 miles and gets 35 mpg. ELP is excited about having one of our own in the parade!

Ross Harding, Managing Partner and founder of Energy Launch Partners LLC, will speak at the “Shades of Green” program on sustainability at Georgia College & State University on Thursday, February 11.
Ross Harding and Dr. Arthur Howard will be co-presenting “Complex Energy Problems, Integrated Solutions – Roadmap to Achieving Success” in Orlando on Tuesday, February 9 at the 4th Annual Air Force Renewable Energy Now Conference. The presentation will discuss their work at Robins Air Force Base on energy conservation and renewable energy. Harding is Managing Partner and founder of Energy Launch Partners LLC.
